Best home buying experience I’ve ever had. Regan was terrific! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and tireless! She listened to my needs, asked the right questions and found me the perfect home.

Regan Andrews thoroughly explained her services prior to our signing a contract with her and Berkshire Hathaway to sell our beloved home. She respected our wishes during the process and relayed all offers to us for our review and ultimate decision. When speed bumps occurred along the way she was  quick to outline the situations and offered suggestions on how to proceed. We ultimately accepted an offer and proceeded through numerous requests for inspections from our first time home buyers. Regrettably the buyers agent was extremely unprofessional but Regan was able to diffuse the situations created by the buyers agent and all proceeded to a closing that was handled very well by all parties involved. We would certainly highly recommend Regan and Berkshire Hathaway to any prospective buyers/sellers in the future.

Since there were no comps, we had to price it high and let the market shake it out. In the end, we got what it was appraised for, so  kudos also to the appraiser for getting that right. Regan kept me informed every time there was news, and followed up on contacts and prospects.
